Now that October has come to a close, so has our pumpkin festivities. At the Giant Pumpkin Weigh-off held on Columbus Day weekend, Charlie Lieber's 1,610 lb. pumpkin set a new record for this event! There was also a record crowd of roughly 4,000 people. This event just seems to get bigger every year. And with 40 pumpkins plus an assortment of Long Gourds, Giant Watermelon and Giant Squash, everyone got to see what they came for. Our Pumpkin Coach and Snap the Dragon rides were in high demand on what was such a beautiful day. View pics from this year's weigh-off. Although all the pumpkin fun has passed until next year, November has a lot to look forward to here on the farm.

The Christmas Loft of our Gift Barn is now open and brimming with holiday cheer. It seems that our customers appreciate the uniqueness of the items we offer, and we certainly do enjoy hunting around to find them. Stop by and stroll through anytime during our normal business hours.

Our Open House will be held November 26 -28, the weekend after Thanksgiving.  Christmas doesn’t get into full swing until this event, when the entire gift shop and Greenhouse 1 and 2 become winter wonderlands.
