Holding out for even lower prices? July is your month! Take advantage of 30% discounts on all cement items and annuals. Summer has officially started on the calender and the weather seems to finally be turning that way, as well. The rain has held many people back from accomplishing what they wish in their gardens, so July may be busy in the yard. Not only are our annuals 30% off this month, but we still have a great selection of perennials available to add some "fireworks" to your summer. And, as we head into the warmer days of summer, humidity is often part of the package. But high humidity can cause problems with your plants, including fungus growth. One of the best things you can do to prevent this is to refrain from watering just before dark. Make sure your plants are nice and dry before you tuck them in at night. On a side note, as grandparents of an autistic child, autism is a cause that is always top-of-mind for us. We want to pass along that the Autism Project of Rhode Island is starting a group to include grandmothers of autistic grandchildren.
